Yes, there is. While both companies are owned and operated by Daren and Leah Donovan, Apex Fresh & Clean focuses on the day-to-day cleaning tasks like vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping, and Apex Chem-Dry focuses on deeper cleaning services like professional carpet and upholstery cleaning.
How long has Apex Fresh & Clean been in business?
We first opened our business in January of 2025. However, our crew has years of combined experience in the commercial and residential cleaning industry.
Does Apex Fresh & Clean do scheduled cleanings?
Yes, we do. Our team is happy to come out daily, weekly, or monthly. Additionally, we offer one-time cleanings and move-in/move-out services.
How much does Apex Fresh & Clean charge?
Our pricing starts at $50/hour.
What areas does Apex Fresh & Clean serve?
We serve all of Cumberland and Franklin Counties including Shippensburg, Chambersburg, Newville, Carlisle, Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, and Harrisburg.
Does Apex Fresh & Clean offer after hours cleanings?
Yes, we do! Our whole goal is to meet your exact needs, and we recognize that this means occasional cleanings outside of normal business hours. Particularly with commercial cleanings, we recognize that your schedule might need to be cleaned late at night or early in the morning. We're more than happy to help you out here, too.
Is Apex Fresh & Clean currently hiring?

When I book a cleaning, do I need to provide the cleaning solutions?
You do not need to provide any cleaning solutions or equipment. We will bring in our own stuff, and we are always happy to answer any questions about the kinds of cleaning agents and equipment we use.

Do you use harsh cleaning solutions?
We do not. All of the cleaning solutions we use are of the highest-quality and are safe for your home.
What should I do before to prepare for a house cleaning?
Nothing outside of your normal cleaning routine. We'll take care of things once we arrive. Something you could do is pick up random toys and trash, and let us know where to park.
Do you wash dishes?
No, we do not wash your dishes. We focus on the permanent features of your home and kitchen like floors, countertops, sinks, walls, and windows. We'll also dust and sanitize furniture and tables.
